If the colour or size isn’t shown on the product detail page, it is no longer in stock. In case, since an item could return available, we suggest you to contact customer service.

 

DO THE PRICE INCLUDE VAT?

The price listed in our online store are inclusive of VAT at 22%.

 

 

CHANGE MY ORDER

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only have a very small window to cancel your order once an order has been placed. We are unable to cancel the order once this has been packed or dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will let you know if we are able to cancel the order for you. If we are unable to cancel the order, you have 14 days to return the order for a full refund.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

We only have a very small window to amend your address once an order has been placed.

We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been packed or dispatched.

We are also unable to change delivery countries for any order.

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will let you know if we are able to change the address for you.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We are unable to change orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking “BUY NOW”. You are able to return an item within 14 days for a full refund.

 

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY SHOPPING BAG?

Items that have been placed within your shopping bag can be removed at any point prior to completing the checkout process. To do this click the bag icon in the top right hand corner of the page, then click the “X” button next to the item you wish to remove.

FAULTY ARTICLE

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM FROM YOUR WEBSTORE

You should inspect Leone 1947 apparel goods for fault as soon as you receive them. If you think there is a defect, please let us know straight away by contacting customer service explaining what’s wrong and attaching photo’s to your message. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days if any items received are defective or damaged.
